We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client for an Assembly / Finisher to join their team in Eastbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in assembly, finishing, or fitting who takes pride in producing high quality work. You will play a key role in ensuring components meet strict quality standards, working within a clean, organised, and safety focused environment.

Finish components to a high standard, ensuring surfaces are free from defects Carry out testing and inspection operations on chambers Set up and operate leak testing equipment (mass spectrometry) Assemble and fit components in line with technical requirements Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised workspace Follow all health & safety and quality procedures  Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
Previous experience in finishing, fitting, or assembly Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment Confident using handheld power tools Good understanding of quality standards and attention to detail Experience within UHV / HV environments Ability to work on complex small and large assemblies Good level of physical fitness and manual dexterity Our Ideal Candidate
