You will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination across the Manufacturing Assembly, Integration team. Lead and develop the Assembly and Integration team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Manage daily manufacturing, assembly and integration operations across product portfolio to ensure quality, schedule and cost are met and track progress, escalating any risks or delays to Snr MAIT Manager Coordinate resources, allocate work orders and create relevant documentation (e.g. Quality travellers) to ensure efficient build process Oversee adherence to health & safety and safe working practices, ensuring compliance with H&S policy and all relevant regulations Ensuring Quality Management System is adhered to, assign tasks and responsibilities across the team aligned to business priorities, manage conflicts and resolve bottle necks, engaging Senior MAIT Manager where appropriate Conduct Risk assessment reviews and approval Support the Snr MAIT Manager in defining/writing companywide/MAIT internal policies, and procedures Support the Projects in defining/writing qualified MAIT processes when requir...
