Assembly Operative

We are currently seeking dedicated, experienced and motivated individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

The role:

·Assemble and test components to create finished products according to specifications.

·Follow detailed instructions, and diagrams to complete assembly tasks.

·Inspect and verify parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

·Operate tools safely and efficiently.

·Ensure all products meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.

·Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

·Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

The Ideal candidate must have:

·Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

·Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

·Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

·Previous experience of Assembly work

·Previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment

The hours of Work are:

Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm

and early finish on Fridays

This position is 37.5 hours per week and the hourly wage is £12.75 per hour.

For the right candidate after 12 weeks you have the opportunity to achieve a permanent contract.
