We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This is a temp-perm position
The Role:
Working within a busy production environment, your duties will include:
* Assembling precision mechanical equipment
* Occasional basic electrical work
* Picking and packing components and finished products
* Carrying out occasional refurbishing and rework tasks
* Following assembly instructions and quality standards
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
* Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Willingness to assist with varied tasks as required
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
What’s On Offer:
* £12.65 per hour
* Monday to Friday working pattern
