All Square Recruitment is recruiting Assembly Operatives with a focus on sheet metal work. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with clear progression paths in a supportive, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position.

As an Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal fabrication diagrams.

Working to precise specifications to ensure high-quality output.

*

Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools.

*

Collaborating effectively with team members to optimise production processes.

*

Manual handling, which may involve some heavy lifting.

*

Adhering strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Participating in full training and induction programs.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience in an assembly/production role.

*

Confidence and proficiency in using tools and machinery (e.g., brakes, shears, drills, grinders).

The ability to read and accurately interpret drawings and instructions.

*

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong motivation to learn and develop new skills.

Assembly Operative - Shift Details

*

Monday to Friday (Weekday and Saturday Overtime available - Up to £19.19 per hour!)

*

7am to 3:30pm (Early and Late shifts may also be available)
