About the Role We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our client’s team at their Milton Keynes site, supporting the assembly and testing of EV battery systems. This is a full-time position on a 6-month contract to cover a leave of absence, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading, innovative manufacturing environment.

While the primary work location is Milton Keynes, there may be occasional work required at a nearby site, with transport provided via company pool cars.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out both mechanical and electrical assembly work

Using hand tools, machinery, and test equipment (e.g. volt meters)

Following technical drawings and work instructions accurately

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Participating in engineering builds, trials, and troubleshooting

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across quality, safety, and process
