Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting an enthusiastic IQA/Assessor of Engineering to join our high-performing Technology Department.This home-based role involves daily travel across the Derby areaand offers a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise while supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential.

The Opportunity

Youll be joining our experienced, forward-thinking and vibrant department. Youll enhance the apprenticeship learning experience and help them achieve outstanding results. As part of the role, youll deliver high-quality training and assessment experience to our apprentices, leveraging your skills to inspire the future workforce and build valuable relationships with local employers.

About You

You will hold at least a Level 3 qualification relevant to engineering and have a minimum of three years, recent industry experience, ideally in electrical and mechanical engineering. An Assessor (A1 Award) and Internal Verifier (V1 Award) qualification is essential, or youll be willing to work towards.
