What youll do: Deliver engaging, high-quality training, coaching, and support to apprentices Conduct workplace assessments and progress reviews Monitor and accurately track apprentice progress Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA) Build strong professional relationships with employers across the region Contribute to business development and employer engagement activities Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and Health & Safety requirements Maintain clear and comprehensive records and documentation This role offers agile working, blending on-site delivery, workplace visits, and remote administrative work from home.

What were looking for: Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Plumbing Strong, relevant industry experience Assessor and/or IQA qualifications (desirable) Teaching or assessing experience (desirable) Solid understanding of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence with digital systems and tools Flexible, professional, and collaborative approach Valid UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle, or ability to travel across Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties Safeguarding: All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS with Barred List check. xbpsjku
