Asset Administrator (Homes directorate) Newent, Gloucester £26,652 per annum Permanent, Full time (37 hours per week) Come and make a real difference as our Asset Administrator! Working with our Asset Investment Manager youll provide admin support to help us manage information on the condition of our homes and invest in improving our homes for our tenants. Youll keep our systems organised and accurate with the data our surveyors are collecting. Youll help produce reports for leadership and finance teams to share a clear picture of our homes and budgets. Youll also help us provide a great customer experience by keeping tenants up to date about work in their home.
