Fixed Term Contract until 3 September 2027 Farringdon hybrid working Join Southern Housing as an Asset Management Systems Analyst and be a driving force behind our Strategic Asset Management transformation. You will integrate two separate asset management systems into one unified platform, ensuring data integrity and supporting our Asset Management Strategy 2023/2026. You will take responsibility for analysing asset management data, identifying and correcting quality issues that could impact the integration. This includes conducting data mapping and transformation activities for components, attributes, characteristics, RDSAP, asbestos, and other asset data to align the source information with the target systems structure. You will maintain clear and detailed documentation of every migration process, from data mapping spreadsheets and issue logs to decision records. As a proactive problem solver, you will follow up on tasks, engage with stakeholders across the organisation, and drive the successful migration of both data and processes.
