The Role

Support the management and optimisation of a portfolio of rooftop solar assets across residential and commercial sites.


  • Monitor and analyse asset performance against KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues in collaboration with contractors and technical teams
  • Oversee and assess the performance of operations & maintenance providers
  • Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is delivered in line with contractual obligations
  • Manage documentation processes, including permissions and legal agreements
  • Support resolution of access, rights, and compliance issues across residential sites
  • Assist with onboarding new assets into internal systems and processes
  • Support compliance across regulatory, health & safety, and environmental standards
  • Contribute to optimisation projects across solar and storage sites
  • Coordinate ESG data collection and internal reporting
