We are working with a leading Industrial Investment and Development company, who are looking to expand their Asset Management team at Asset Manager level, based in London.

This opportunity will work directly with the Head of Asset Management and will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic asset management on a UK based industrial portfolio.
• Developing and implementing value add asset management strategies.
• Formulating annual asset business plans.
• Carrying out various asset management initiatives, such as new lettings, refurbishments, lease renewals, rent reviews, regears, lease expiries, surrenders and forfeitures.
• Producing fund reports for client and debt providers.
• Implementing and overseeing refurbishment programs and asset repositioning.
• Managing third party service providers.
• Sourcing, inspecting, and carrying out required due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.

Key Asset Manager requirements:

• Member of RICS.
• Experience managing industrial, logistics or a similar asset class.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy skills (particularly Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Expertise in dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Articulate and numerate with good analytical skills.
• A good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.

Salary £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus potential.

Office based in central London (4 days a week in the office, 1-day WFH).
