Our client a well known Insurance and Investment company are currently looking to hire an Asset / Property Manager to manage a high-end residential project. Title: Asset / Property Manager Location: London - Hybrid 2 Days per week on-site Duration: 12 months, potentially to 18 months or beyond. Day Rate: Competitive - Inside IR35 (via Umbrella Company) Description: This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience of working "client side" whilst making a significant impact on the management of a high-profile property . The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic oversight, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver practical solutions in a challenging environment. Key Objectives: Maximise the recovery of service charge and utilities arrears in a timely and cost-effective manner and reduce ongoing arrears to a manageable level. Recover costs from relevant third parties efficiently. Mitigate risks associated with RTM claims. Protect and enhance the value of the landlord's interest in the property.
