We are recruiting an Asset Surveyor to join a well-established Social Housing Group based in Cambridgeshire , with a regional remit across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire.
As an Asset Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering the organisations Asset Management Strategy, ensuring homes and buildings are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose, while supporting residents to live independently and safely. Whats on offer: Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working pattern: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), hybrid working (typically 12 days office-based, remainder across sites)
