The successful candidate will take charge of all plumbing responsibilities, including installations, repairs, and bathroom and pipework for kitchen fittings in residential properties. They will also be required to help to ensure repairs and investment programme works are delivered effectively and provide a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for all residents.
