What we're looking for:
Previous late-night or music-led Assistant Manager experience
Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for mixology
Excellent financial understanding and ability to manage large teams
Hands-on, confident, and fun personality – this is not a role for wallflowers!
Personal License holder is a bonus
