As Assistant Bar Manager , youll be at the heart of our food & beverage operation, ensuring smooth and memorable service. With a strong background as a Bartender, youll bring both hands-on expertise and leadership to guide a small team.
The venue features a 34-cover Cigar terrace and a 28-cover indoor lobby bar, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests throughout the day.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead Daily Service : Oversee smooth F&B operations across the lobby bar and the outdoor terrace.
Hands-On Bartending : Use your bartending expertise to set the tone for quality, creativity, and guest experience.
Inspire Your Team : Supervise, train, and support a small team, fostering a culture of confidence, care, and professionalism.
Maintain High Standards : Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are always upheld.
Guest Connection : Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and thoughtful service
What Youll Bring to the Team
Proven experience as a bartender with supervisory or team-leading responsibilities.
A passion for hospitality, with the ability to balance hands-on service and leadership.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, approachable personality with the ability to motivate a small team.
Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
