We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join one of the UKs leading sporting clubs in South London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to support the Bar Manager in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude, alongside excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the bar, including food and beverage service
Supporting staff rota planning and scheduling
Recording staff hours accurately for payroll processing
Assisting with team leadership, training, and performance management
Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance
Managing stock levels, placing orders, and supervising deliveries

About You:
Proven experience in a food and beverage or bar environment
The ability to work evenings & weekends
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members
A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
A team player with leadership potential
