As Assistant Block Manager, you will support the Senior Block Managers in overseeing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and customer service are delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Block Manager: Assisting in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks. Acting as a key point of contact for leaseholders, landlords, and contractors. Coordinating maintenance works, repairs, and statutory compliance. Supporting with preparation for and attendance at AGMs and residents meetings.
