Our client , established in 1961, are one of the UKs most respected names in tyre retail and fast-fit automotive services. With over 24 branches across the Home Counties, they pride them selves on providing outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and trusted advice.
Were now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our clients branch in Thame and help them to continue delivering exceptional service.
The Role
As Assistant Branch Manager, youll support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong team performance. Youll be hands-on in the workshop while also helping to drive sales and branch success.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a fast-fit / automotive service environment .

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

A focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Thame.

Commercial awareness and drive to achieve targets.

Working Pattern
5-day week (44 hours)

1 in 3 Saturdays off

Closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays

Rewards & Benefits
