Typical responsibilities include:

Assisting with pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis Supporting project management and contract administration for refurbishment and maintenance schemes Preparing schedules of work and specifications Working on dilapidations, party wall matters, and planned maintenance programmes Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants Undertaking site inspections across London and Essex

Assistant Building Surveyor - Job Requirements
