From tents and sleeping bags to waterbottles and camping stoves, you'll help shape the ranges that empower our customers to adventure with confidence. This role goes beyond the numbers — it's about understanding outdoor enthusiasts, anticipating trends, and bringing the best equipment to market. We're currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 - just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard.
