Job Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Assistant Care Manager at Caudwell House, a children's disability home located in Southwell. We are seeking a resilient and dynamic individual to join our proactive and skilled management team. In this role, you will provide effective support to the Registered Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for children with significant intellectual disabilities who may present complex and challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Care Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Registered Manager in developing and implementing the home's philosophy. Assisting in the development of services for children and their families. Participating in the review of service effectiveness, quality, and equality. Providing direct support to staff and children in managing complex behaviours. Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence.
