The Role (Contract Term: Temp-to-Perm, Full Time Monday – Friday, office-based)

This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to coach, guide, and grow others is front and Centre. You’ll elevate your team, helping each one build skills, hit goals, and level up. If you’re passionate about bringing out the best in people and making operational excellence, this one’s for you.


Key Responsibilities

•Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors.

•Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations

•Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans

•Coordinate and document daily team briefings

•Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences

•Act as Centre Manager when required

•Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre

What we offer

Salary: £35,000-38,000 PA (dependent on experience)

You will be based in Central London, working Monday to Friday. The role is purely office-based which will allow you the chance to work face-to-face with a dynamic and energetic team in a premium, high-end workspace.
