Assistant Centre Manager/n/nProtyre Autocare are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and commercially focused Assistant Centre Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities./n/nAs the Assistant Centre Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of company business objectives through effective management and co-ordination of the Centre, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service, centre standards and taking a leading role dealing with customers./n/n * Location: Protyre Workington/n/n * Salary: 34-38K + bonus to be earned/n/n * Must have: Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)/n/n * Benefits: A chance to earn a regular bonus. Centre of the month; a chance to win a race at your local go-karting track./n/nAbout the role:/n/n * Assisting the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot/n/n * Supporting the team in the workshop mechanically if required./n/n * Playing a key part in the Centre targets including key performance indicators/n/n * Overseeing the maintenance of stock values within the centre/n/n * Offering and delivering excellent customer service/n/n * Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures/n/nAbout you:/n/n * Technical or Mechanical background / knowledge./n/n * The ability to support the technicians in the workshop if required/n/n * Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability and desire to coach and mentor the team/n/n * Previous experience leading a team/n/n * A high level of understanding of car technology/n/n * Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements/n/n * Experience of account management/n/n * Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities/n/n * Full UK Driving Licence/n/nWhy join Protyre Autocare?/n/nProtyre Autocare is the UK’s fastest growing supplier and fitter of tyres and automotive services, fitting over 1 million tyres every year through our fast-fit centres.
