Contract: Temp to Perm – Full Time, M-F – Office based

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to coach, guide, and grow others. You’ll be responsible for elevating your team, helping each one build skills, hit goals and level up. You will be passionate about bringing out the best in people and delivering operational excellence behind the scenes.

• Oversee on-site staff, including assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors

• Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations

• Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans

• Coordinate and document daily team briefings

• Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences

• Act as Manager when required

• Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the office

Candidate
