About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Croydon Haling Park, rated Good by Ofsted, is a small boutique family nursery accommodating 67 children. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and personalized environment for each child. Conveniently located just a 10-minute bus journey from East Croydon, our nursery is easily accessible for families. We also offer free parking for staff, ensuring hassle-free access during drop-offs and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements for children.
\n
• Support the Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
\n
• Ensure kitchen inventory is well-maintained and assist with ordering and stock management.
\n
• Support meal preparation and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
\n

Ideal Candidate

• Ideally experience in leadership within early years settings.
• Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and ensure compliance.
