I am representing a large fintech organisation looking to appoint a dynamic Assistant Company Secretary to join their Governance function, and support the Company Secretary in delivering high-quality governance across the business.


This is a key position within a collaborative and fast-paced team, offering significant exposure to senior executives, Board members and Independent Non-Executive Directors. The successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining the integrity of the organisation's governance framework. Some responsibilities include:


  • Board and Committee support across the function
  • Maintaining statutory registers and corporate records, manage regulatory filings, coordinate document execution and handle notarisation and apostille processes.
  • Maintain accurate corporate information across relevant systems, support audit requests and assist with KYC/AML due diligence as required.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrable Board/ Committee support experience in a regulated environment, strong minute-taking and communication skills, and familiarity with governance platforms.
