Job SummaryVTA Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Contracts Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company with over 40 years of industry experience. Based in Monton, Salford. They operate exclusively within the commercial sector and are trusted delivery partners on multiple frameworks, including Fire Services, Police Authorities and the North West Consortium. They work closely with the NHS, Greater Manchester Transport, Salford, Chorley and Wigan Councils, numerous architectural practices, many schools across the North West, and the Dioceses of Salford and Manchester. The work includes office refurbishments and a wide range of commercial construction projects delivered throughout the North West region.RoleWe are seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to support the delivery of commercial construction projects across the North West. The role will primarily involve overseeing and managing small works contracts with values ranging from £10,000 to £70,000, taking responsibility for delivery from commencement through to completion. In addition, the Assistant Contracts Manager will support the Senior Contracts Manager on larger projects with values typically between £50,000 and £250,000, assisting with coordination, commercial control and site support as required.
