Assistant Design Manager

Are you an experienced Architect or Assistant Design Manager? This is a great opportunity to join a leading main contractor who operate in the residential sector focusing on large residential and mix-use schemes across London, delivering both high and midrise apartment blocks

The business is looking to appoint an Assistant Design Manager to work on the delivery of a 150-unit R/C frame project from RIBA stage 4 to completion. The project consists of 3 blocks and varying heights with basement, podium deck, and landscaping/ public realm.

Requirements for the Assistant Design Manager role

  • Experience working with main contractor, developer or architectural practice
  • Experience delivering residential projects
  • Experience with R/C frame projects
  • Relevant qualifications
