We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our wonderful team at Monarch House delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests. What you'll do: You will lead and inspire your team in delivering and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards. You will ensure that the Housekeeping department delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to our guests. You will build a guest Focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction. To proactively monitor all aspects of expenditure and take remedial action. Find credible business solutions to address operational issues relating to product or service To have well planned rosters to ensure that payroll spend is in line with forecasted occupancy/revenue and budgets flexing them according to changing business needs. To recruit, retain and develop high performing employees that uphold the hospitality values of the Business. Who you are: Previous experience of supervising housekeeping teams ideally with some past experience gained in London Excellent communicator High levels of attention to detail and resilience. Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive.
