Assistant Facilities Manager

Working closely with the Cluster Facilities Manager, you will deliver and sustain the highest standards of Facilities Management and Customer Care across the following centres: Kennington Park, Vox Studios, China Works and Edinburgh House.
In this role, you’ll play a hands-on approach in preserving the quality of the building fabric, managing both hard and soft services, and ensuring the efficient coordination of planned and reactive maintenance. You’ll also contribute to site security and consistently uphold the highest standards of health and safety.
With a positive, can‑do attitude, you will approach every task with care and dedication, ensuring customers enjoy a consistently high‑quality experience within their Workspace property. You will be committed to delivering a clean, safe, comfortable and operationally excellent environment while supporting our journey toward Carbon Net‑Zero — all delivered on time and within budget.
With previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a multi-let/site, you will have the following:
* IOSH Qualification
* NEBOSH, BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification would be desirable
* Good IT literacy
* Excellent Organisation & Time Management Skills
* Superb People Skills
* Ability to manage and motivate team
