Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of all F&B operations. ? Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards. ? Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality guest experience across all outlets. ? Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management. ? Maintain excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. ? Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and exceeded. Requirements: ? Previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or an experienced Supervisor is essential . ? Proven longevity and loyalty within previous roles. ? Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. ? A passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service. ? Ability to work a 45-hour week, including evenings and weekends. ? Due to the rural location , a full driving licence and own transport are ideally required.
