Assistant Financial Controller

Kerry Robert Associates are delighted to be representing a leading hotel group at one of their modern, central London–based properties. Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Financial Controller to oversee the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

As Assistant Financial Controller, you will lead a small finance team and support all aspects of the month-end process, including the preparation of reconciliations, month-end journals, and the monthly review of the P&L and balance sheet. You will also play a key role in supporting the hotel’s overall financial performance.

Requirements

* Previous hotel/hospitality experience at Assistant Financial Controller level, or ready to step up into a No.2 position

* Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting/PMS systems

* A forward-thinking person who embraces IT technology advancements

* Supervisory experience

* A strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, work well under pressure, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
