The Role You'll support the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth running of all outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, and events—ensuring every guest experience is delivered to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role , where you'll be visible on the floor, leading service, inspiring the team, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities Support the management of all F&B operations across multiple outlets
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver consistently excellent service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
Monitor stock, budgets, and labour to drive efficiency and revenue
Take an active, visible role during busy service periods
About You Experience in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to motivate teams
Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ambitious and eager to progress within premium hospitality
