We are looking for an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager to join the hotels Food and Beverage management team at this luxury hotel in Windsor. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager you'll be providing excellent levels of service and a good knowledge of food and drink to the hotels guests in the Restaurant/Bar and Banqueting departments.

The Place

A 4-star riverside hotel in Windsor comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge. They have a fabulous collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre and leisure Club with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.

The Person

The Succesful Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager will have the following

Minimum of 2 years' experience as at least Assistant manager or higher in a quality 4 * hotels.
Operational experience in all F & B departments including Events & Weddings with a good knowledge of wines & spirits and a passion for fresh, quality food.
Financial awareness with an understanding of Food & Beverage revenue streams & controls, including POS.
Self-motivation and able to motivate others to achieve.
The drive and ability to implement standard, policies and procedures and to ensure they are adhered to
Proven man-management, coaching and team building skills.
A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation.
An outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, a professional manner and excellent command of written & spoken English with good IT skills.
A working knowledge of/exposure to all operational areas of the hotel.
