We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and support the F&B Manager in delivering exceptional service across all areas of our operation. This role plays a key part in overseeing the Room Service department, Lobby, In-Room Dining, and our Meetings & Events spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Supportthe F&B Manager in the overall supervision of all F&B areas, including Room Service, Lobby and Meeting & Event spaces
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, exceptional quality, and operational efficiency
Deliver regular training on 5-star service and LQA standards, fostering a motivated and high-performing team
Assist in preparing the annual F&B budget and monitoring departmental costs
Plan and manage staff schedules to support smooth operations during varying occupancy levels
Attend monthly F&B meetings, daily briefings, and other required meetings
Recruit train, and supervise F&B staff, promoting professionalism and adherence to hotel standards
Essential Attributes
Previous experience in a hotel-based F&B operation
Strong understanding of liquor licensing and health & safety procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-driven, and highly organised
Fluent in spoken and written English
Desirable Attributes
Ability to inspire, guide, and manage a diverse team
Awareness of current Food & Beverage trends
