The Ideal Assistant General Manager:
Comes from a high-volume QSR or fast-casual dining environment
Is passionate, motivated, and thrives on challenge
Is commercially aware and analytical, with a strong business mindset
Leads from the front with a hands-on, “get stuck in” approach
Builds strong teams and a positive, high-performance culture
Is financially savvy, supporting cost control and sales growth
Has a high-energy, proactive attitude
Is socially confident and committed to building great company culture
Desirable Experience:
Supporting new site openings or relaunches
Delivering training at both operational and management level
Working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and growth
