Assistant General Manager Manicomio City Manicomio City, part of the renowned Manicomio Group of fine Italian restaurants, is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. The Role As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Head of Operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving business performance.
