About You Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior leader within a luxury or high-volume dining environment. Impeccable attention to detail, presentation, and service excellence. Commercially astute, confident in managing budgets and interpreting data. Charismatic yet composed under pressure, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
