Oversee compliance, HR, and health and safety standards with diligence and discretion. Monitor budgets, analyse P&L performance, and contribute to strategic business planning. Maintain strong collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. About You Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior leader within a luxury or high-volume dining environment. Impeccable attention to detail, presentation, and service excellence. Commercially astute, confident in managing budgets and interpreting data. Charismatic yet composed under pressure, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
