Manage Head Waiters, Waiters, and Runners while supporting recruitment and onboarding. Step directly into service during peak times and act as a visible point of contact for guests. Handle reservations and oversee table setup to ensure the venue is service-ready. Monitor key performance indicators (labour control, margins, and operational costs). Conduct inventory checks and ensure strong coordination with the kitchen team.
