bout the role. W

e are looking for a

experienced

ssistant

eneral

M

anager

to join the

OMA team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. Working alongside a well-established management team,

youll

support the front of house team in ensuring we are delivering that same passion to all our guests through support and training. Youll

be a role model for all staff and spearheading what it means to run a dynamic London restaurant.

Youll

esponsibilities. Oversee staff training

and employee development.

Daily rota management and holiday approvals.

Regular s

of linen

routine

restaurant material.

Recruitment

and new employee journey management

Routine maintenance management

of the site.

Required h

ealth and safety procedures.

HR calendar management and onboarding of new starters.

Be a bastion of our brand and lead by example.

Ensure that guest experience is at a consistently high standard.

equirements. Previous

experience in a similar environment.

A love for hospitality,

food,

wine

and drink.

Basic grasp of Microsoft 360 and

Familiarity with software systems including Lightspeed,
