This is a flagship, premium food venue with a loyal local following, buzzing bar trade, and beautifully designed dining areas. You'll play a key role supporting the General Manager in leading the team, driving exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards. Experience in premium pubs, bars, or restaurants Confident leading a busy front-of-house team and supporting kitchen operations Commercially astute, with a good understanding of P&L and KPI management Positive, people-focused leader with excellent communication skills Fully flexible with availability for evenings and weekends Right to work in the UK About the Group This is an established independent pub group known for restoring beautiful London pubs and turning them into vibrant, food-led destinations.
