Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Location: Brighton

Salary: Up to £33,000 + Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious manager from a high-volume QSR or fast-casual background who thrives in fast-paced operations and is passionate about developing people, delivering great food, and driving results.


The Ideal Assistant General Manager:


· Comes from a high-volume QSR or fast-casual dining environment

· Is passionate, motivated, and thrives on challenge

· Is commercially aware and analytical, with a strong business mindset

· Leads from the front with a hands-on, “get stuck in” approach

· Builds strong teams and a positive, high-performance culture

· Is financially savvy, supporting cost control and sales growth

· Has a high-energy, proactive attitude

· Is socially confident and committed to building great company culture


Desirable Experience:


· Supporting new site openings or relaunches

· Delivering training at both operational and management level

· Working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and growth
