Role Overview
As the right-hand partner to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business performance. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support departmental leaders, and ensure smooth execution across all areas of the business. From refining operational procedures to achieving financial targets, your goal is to maximize efficiency, profitability, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Operational Leadership

* Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on ensuring seamless service delivery.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost control, wage ratios, and profitability targets.

* Support in implementing and refining operational policies and procedures for efficiency and consistency.

* Financial & Business Performance

* Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and profitability across all business units.

* Contribute to sales initiatives, including corporate and group sales development.

* Review and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

* People & Culture

* Support the GM in leading, developing, and motivating a diverse team.

* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

* Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace culture that empowers team members to succeed.

* Customer Experience

* Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently prioritized and delivered at the highest standard.

* Proactively resolve issues, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
