Assistant General Manager – Iconic Casual Dining Group

Central London

£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus


The Concept:

Well-known, well-loved, and still growing – this is a high-energy brand combining casual dining, bars and a retail element. Big site, big team, high footfall – and expectations to match.


The Role:

They’re looking for a strong No.2 – someone confident running a large, fast-paced operation and keeping a close eye on service, standards and the team. Ideally, you’re already at GM level or very close, and ready to step into a business that gets what good leadership looks like.

Culture is key here. The team, the guest experience, the energy on the floor – that matters just as much as the numbers. If you’re someone who values people, knows how to build a strong culture, and leads by example, you’ll fit in well.


What You’ll Need:

  • Experience at senior level within quality branded or independent restaurants
  • Confident managing big teams in high-volume sites (£150k+ turnover)
  • A background in fresh food and bar operations
  • Strong financial understanding and people management skills
  • Resilient, positive and solutions-focused
  • London experience essential
  • Bonus if you’ve got serious flag ship experience
