A premium hospitality venue in Central London operating across restaurant, members club and events spaces. The business hosts conferences, breakfasts, formal dinners, weddings, private functions and multi-day events, with weekly sales ranging from approximately £32k to £75k depending on the event calendar. This is a client-led environment, meaning the successful candidate will need to balance both guest experience and stakeholder relationships. What Youll Get Up To Act as the GMs number two across the business Lead and motivate a front of house team of around 15 people Oversee service across multiple floors and service styles Support labour management, stock control and operational performance Lead conferences, private dining, weddings and events Work closely with run sheets and event planning to ensure smooth execution Support team development, coaching and performance management Help drive future growth across the events side of the business What Youll Bring Current or previous Deputy Manager, AGM or Restaurant Manager within premium hospitality Experience in premium casual, fresh food, fine dining or events-led businesses Strong operational understanding of labour, sales, covers and stock Experience managing private dining, functions or events Calm, organised and resilient leadership style Strong people skills with the ability to lead under pressure The Bottom Line: This is not a standard Deputy Manager role.
