Assistant General Manager – Build to Rent (Central London)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead the team and ongoing success of a brand new luxury Build to Rent development in Central London.

Our client is a leading and rapidly growing player within the BTR sector, with an impressive pipeline of high-quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a flagship scheme and play a key part in shaping resident experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.


Key responsibilities:

• Support the FM with the full operational leadership of a premium BTR building

• Ensuring compliance across all regulatory and operational areas

• Delivering exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction

• Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice

• Leading, developing, and motivating an on-site team


About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Build to Rent or student accommodation sector at management level

• Proven experience overseeing sites operations

• Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements

• Track record of delivering high standards of customer service

• Confident team leader with the ability to drive performance and engagement
