We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager who thrives in a premium, fast-paced environment and knows how to balance exceptional guest experience with strong commercial performance. The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the business, ensuring outstanding standards across service, team engagement, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in leading all aspects of the venue
Drive service standards and create memorable guest experiences
Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front of house team
Manage labour, stock control and cost efficiencies
Ensure compliance, health & safety and licensing standards are maintained
Contribute ideas to grow sales, events and local reputation

About You

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
Passion for food, drink and premium service
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
Commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs
Excellent communication and people skills
A genuine desire to build culture and develop others
